Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE this carrier Pros - The ergo was the only carrier I could find where I could comfortably and easily carry our twins - one on the front and one on the back. Light weight and soft body for easy packing if the kiddos are at an age when they want to hike a bit. Sunshade. I found them easy to put on and take off. Small zipper pocket for wallet/keys/small snack. Con - My only con was that I was not a fan of using this with the infant insert when the littles were very small. It seemed bulky and awkward, so we got by using a moby wrap until they were big enough to ride in the ergo without the infant insert.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super comfortable! I purchased this about a month ago and I absolutely love it! I've read reviews that the shoulder straps are to scratchy if you are wearing a tank top when wearing the ergo and that the top squishes babies head against mom. So of course I was hesitant to purchase this carrier. I found the straps very comfortable and not scratchy at all and my baby is now 3 months and she fits perfectly, I use the infant insert with it to elevate my baby but I just use the pillow without the larger part of the infant insert and it works perfect for me and my baby. i love the material it keeps both me and baby cool especially when we watch big brother's soccer games :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hip carry not comfortable with the Performance My daughter is 8 months old and I just realized that the Performance is structured differently than the others. Since the shoulder straps are curved in the back (supposedly for comfort on longer treks), it makes it very uncomfortable to use the hip carry. Had I have known this, I would have purchased one of the other models. I only bought the performance for the lighter fabric. I am only taking away a star for this reason. Other than that, I like the Ergo. My daughter unfortunately prefers a different brand carrier because she likes to face forward. The 360 was not available when I bought my Performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love, Love, Love! I bought this carrier when my son was 5 months old, and I'm not sure how I functioned without it when my daughter was little! I used this carrier on a trip to Las Vegas in the beginning of August. Even in the 100+ degree weather, this carrier was awesome! My son and I were both extremely comfortable while walking around outside in the extreme heat. Having this carrier makes it a breeze to go through airport security, shop, do housework, etc. I never leave home without my Ergo!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far, so good! I purchased this carrier when my daughter was 11 months old. We had used two other brand carriers in the past, and I never loved either of them, so I decided to upgrade. I wore her this weekend for a long day in and out of the city on the subway, and over an hour of walking and standing. She napped successfully in it and I was not sore or bothered by the load at all. She does not like getting in the carrier (both front or back) but once she is in, she is fine. I found the back position difficult for me to put her in by myself. I also find the front position difficult to buckle the back strap. But in the long run, it keeps us all happy. Even our dog, since he doesn't have to compete with the stroller for sidewalk space!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love at first try! I bought this one since the summers in GA get extremely hot. It's so comfortable, I use it for everything, vacuuming, grocery shopping, running errands. I think I find excuses just to use it. I have a very bad back and after carrying him for a while my back hurts, after several hours of using it I don't feel any pain. This product was life changing for me, I had a baby bjorn before and after one day I never used it again, both baby and I were uncomfortable and my back was killing me. I recommend this for any parent.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design save your money We bought this with high expectations, however the first time my husband put it on he immediately disliked it. It is impossible to put on or adjust one handed. All the adjustment straps and claspes are located behind your back and very difficult to adjust. Next to impossible for my husband whose shoulder was injured while in the military. If you have limited flexibility don't bother. Another discouraging thing was the fact that our baby girl found it to be uncomfortable. First time she ever fussed in a baby carrier. While the wider straps are nice and it seems more comfortable the adjustments and placements of straps really make the product subpar. Save your money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't live without my Ergo! Bought my Performance Ergo when my son was a year old. Three years later, I am now using it with my daughter. It is great for traveling and going around town. I carried my 22-lb son in the Ergo up and down San Francisco hills and it never hurt my back. We have taken it to Costa Rica, Mexico, and the Dominican and it's never gotten too hot. I live in Texas and use it in lieu of a stroller all year round. It's absolutely perfect. My kids love it as do I. I love it so much it's my go-to gift for friends and family having their first baby!
