Tell us about your family. It's myself, my husband and new baby George. We are a close and happy crew. What does a typical day in your family look like? Wake up, get George dressed and spend some time playing. Daddy drops him off at a family daycare and both mom and dad are off to work. I pick George up in the afternoon and head home for some mama/baby bonding and play time. Then it's bathtime, jammies, some milk, a story book if he can keep his eyes open, and bedtime. How does your family stay connected? Making time for weekend outings all together. Shared experiences like feeding and playing with George; quiet dinners where mom and dad get to catch up on the day. Photo credit: @mfcrochetmore
Tell us about your happy place or What brings you joy? When our family finds special moments in the everyday, like a few weeks ago when we headed to Zuma beach in Malibu on a whim and caught a gorgeous sunset. It was George's first time at a beach, touching the sand with his hands and toes, and watching the sun go down, mesmerized. Also seeing a big smile on his face brings a joy to me I can't quantify. What kind of memories do you want to create for your child? Love, laughter, dancing, singing, travel, family, friendships. Photo credit: @mfcrochet
Where do you call home? Or What does home mean for your family? Home is where the 3 of us are together, which now is a great place in Hollywood. Photo credit: @oritharpazphotosmore
How do you make a home for your family? A place filled with fun, play, dance, and music. Photo credit: @mfcrochet
If you or your partner works, how does your work affect or inspire your family? Or the other way around? We both work. For me, while working is tough in a way since I am away from my son, it also represents a way that I can provide the life I want to give to him, my husband and myself. It's motivating. Have you traveled with baby? Have you traveled away from baby? If so, how do you stay connected when away from home? Not yet! Photo credit: @mfcrochet
