2. Feeding
Carriers make feeding much easier, especially when out and about! Whether you’re breast or bottle feeding, wearing while feeding can not only be convenient but a bonding experience as well. This can also be an amazing tool for another caregiver watching baby. -
3. Chasing a Toddler
Toddlers are busy! Park playdates are made much easier by wearing baby so you can be attentive to your toddler on the playground or do an art project together. -
4. Doctor’s Visits
Busy waiting room with sick kids? No problem! By wearing baby you can avoid bringing in your stroller into a germy waiting room, and have a safe place for baby to be. -
5. Bathroom
As Moms, let’s be honest, sometimes we have to take baby with us to the bathroom. Pee in peace or shave your legs if need be. -
6. Eating (Donuts)
With baby content in a carrier, or even asleep, we can take a moment to sit down and enjoy a meal in peace. Don’t worry about crumbs on baby’s head. -

Whether working from home or out of the house, volunteering for the PTA or out in your community, there are many ways to wear and include baby in your day to day routine. Baby stays happy and has the chance to experience something new. -

Workout with your baby! Whether it be yoga, dance or hiking, there are many ways to include baby safely into your workout routine. -
10. Sleepy Dust
Sleep encourages more sleep! Help establish health sleep patterns during the day, which will in turn help establish a nightly routine. Baby can’t resist falling asleep in the comfort of your arms.
