Try this body weight circuit from CARiFiT for all round fitness and improved endurance. 10 reps of each move done back to back to form a circuit of 30 reps…then 1 min rest and repeat for 6 circuits.
- Squat and press
- Rear lunge and press
- Side squats
Try and keep going all the way to 30 reps with great form and core supported posture. This is a great workout to start off your CARiFiT adventure but still pay close attention to form and alignment …particularly on those last squats!
