Workout Wednesday | Mom Buddy Workout

Why does buddy training work? Mainly, it makes you accountable and gives you support… both of which massively increase the chance of you actually getting your workouts done regularly and enjoying the benefits… so this week TAG a training buddy and give this 4 move circuit a go together!


It’s very simple.

10 reps of each move done back to back to form your circuit and then rest for 1 minute.

Repeat the circuit 4 times.
