When the Hendrix’s started dating, the older children were already 5 and 2. Things were moving fast, but with the arrival of Nico they’ve taken more intentional moments to find their rhythm together. As someone who was adopted herself, she has grown to understand that family isn’t always defined by genetics. The two journey’s she’s had to become a mother have been unique, but she’s grateful for the role she’s able to play in each of her children’s lives.
