Family Equality
In light of the recent tragic events against the queer community, we wanted to do our part to strengthen and support the LGBTQ+ community. For this Giving Tuesday, Ergobaby is donating to Family Equality, a non-profit fighting for a world where everyone can experience the unconditional love and belonging of family.

We believe that our corporate responsibility includes fighting for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our responsibility in supporting a global community that is resilient, empathetic, anti-racist, inclusive and welcoming starts with having a workplace where all people can thrive. We know we have hard work ahead of us to make real and positive change.
Family Equality was founded in 1979 at the National March on Washington for Lesbian and Gay Rights, Family Equality has spent more than 40 years ensuring that everyone has the freedom to find, form, and sustain their families by advancing equality for the LGBTQ+ community.
