Default shipping courier is OnTrac (7–10 days, including handling time). UPS Ground is used for those zones that OnTrac can’t ship to (7–10 days, including handling time). UPS 2nd Day Air is available for those that pay for expedited shipping (ship time does not include processing time).
Processing time is 1 business day. We do not process or ship on weekends/holidays.
At this time, Ergobaby (ergobaby.com) ships to the US and Mexico. We reserve the right to not ship to freight forwarders or fulfill orders made with international credit cards. Ergobaby is not responsible for duties incurred with international shipping.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States (excluding PO Boxes and APO addresses). Orders under $50 will be charged a $5 shipping fee. We also offer expedited shipping if you'd like your new products even sooner. Additional fees may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or any location outside the contiguous United States.
Items that are refused for delivery/returned to sender may be subject to fees incurred by the courier. We do not offer replacements or refunds for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the address on the order.

We typically dispatch orders within one business day (excluding holidays). Exceptions may apply during special sales or promotional periods. Free shipping on all orders over €55. Orders below €55 are charged €4.95 for standard shipping.

It can happen that a delivery partner did not leave a notification of pick-up at the parcel center. Visible damage: If you discover that the package and/or the goods are damaged during collection/delivery, you should contact the shipping service provider on the same day to report the damage. You can also fill out a claim report online. Please remember that you as a customer report the damage to DHL Express. We will then be notified of the problem by DHL Express and will either refund you or send you a new item.

Ergobaby is a UK registered company, shipping from our EU warehouse to the UK and Ireland. We cover all taxes and duties, meaning you will not be charged anything additional after payment. Our shipping estimates are therefore as accurate as we can be, however are non-binding.
