How do I fix a broken buckle?

If you have broken a buckle, please do not use your carrier in its current condition because it cannot be used properly. We do currently have a complimentary service to send you a buckle after it is determined that your carrier will be compatible with the buckle replacements that we have available, however, we only carry male replacement buckles (buckles with prongs) and do not carry female buckles or actual chest straps, as these are not replaceable.
