Significant Delays & Shipping Errors
"I purchased this adapter on December 6, 2025, after it had been out of stock for over a month. Unfortunately, the company failed to include my full home address on the package, causing it to be lost in transit. When I contacted customer service, I was told a replacement would be sent, but due to their winter break closure, processing was delayed for two weeks. As a result, the replacement will not arrive until the end of January. What is especially frustrating is that they are expecting me to return the original adapter, which never arrived in the first place. Because of this issue, I was unable to use my stroller for nearly two months. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will not be purchasing from this company again."

Not the easiest installation
"I had the same experience as other customers with Nuna pipa rx carseat. It's difficult to get the carseat to clip on the adapters due to the tight fit -you really need the right angle to clip the car seat on. As mentioned by another customer, getting the car seat off is more of a 2 persons job due to the lightness of the stroller and tight fit The adapters do the job, but this is definitely not for a daily use as installing and removing the car seat isn't the easiest, though great for travelling ."
