Our responsibility in supporting a global community that is resilient, empathetic, anti-racist, inclusive and welcoming starts with having a workplace where all people can thrive. We know we have hard work ahead of us to make real and positive change. We are reviewing our organization from top to bottom - from our policies and business practices to how we communicate and educate ourselves and community.
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and initiatives at Ergobaby are employee-led and supported by executive leadership, so we can hold each other accountable for creating a safe place to work, educate, learn, share and most importantly, act responsibly together.
