Shipping Information

Default shipping courier is On Trac (7-10 days, including handling time) UPS Ground is used for those zones that On Trac can’t ship to. (7-10 days, including handling time)  UPS 2nd Day Air is available for those that pay for expedited shipping. (ship time does not include processing time (1 business day)  We do not process or ship on weekends/holidays

International Shipping 

At this time, Ergobaby (ergobaby.com) ships to US and Mexico. We reserve the right to not ship to freight forwarders or fulfill orders made with International credit cards. Ergobaby is not responsible for duties incurred with international shipping.


 
Order Cancellations

No cancellations or changes can be made to orders. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel. Before placing your order, please double-check your purchase and shipping address.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (excluding PO Boxes & APO addresses). We also offer expedited shipping if you'd like your new products even sooner! Additional fees may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or any location outside the contiguous United States. Items that are refused for delivery/returned to sender may be subject to fees incurred by the courier. We do not offer replacements or refunds for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the address on the order.
