Material and Care
Upside-Down Peri Bottle - a must-have for every bathroom trip in the days after baby
* BPA-Free Plastic (EVA, ABS, PP) and Silicone
* Hand wash. Air dry.
* Squeeze bottle with angled spout to gently cleanse tender areas down there. Enjoy relief in even those first bathroom trips postpartum with gentle cleansing without pressure.
V-Cool Reusable Hot & Cold Gel Pack - cool to relieve inflammation, hot to relieve pain
* Inside: 73.8% Water, 21% Glycerol, 5% CMC (carboxymethlycellulose), 0.1% TB-10 (2-Methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one), 0.1% Sodium Polyacrylate . Outside: 100% Nylon+100% PVC
* Spot clean as needed.
* Simply place the flexible, stay-cool pack (with included liner) into your undies (much like a pad!) to provide relief for postpartum swelling, itching and burning.

* Apply onto clean skin, concentrating on belly, hips and/or thighs. Massage liberally into skin twice daily
* Warnings: Use only as directed. For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs rinse thoroughly with water. Skin sensitivity may increase during pregnancy. Please test this product and all skin care products on a small area, such as the forearm, 48 hours before first full use. Discontinue use if irritation or a rash develops. Consult a doctor if the irritation and/or rash persists.
Gripper Socks - avoid slips and falls in postpartum recovery
* 86% Cotton, 12% Polyester, 2% Spandex. Grip Application: 100% Silicone
* Machine wash warm (40C). Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron. Do not dryclean.
Disposable Recovery Underwear - yes, you need them, at least they are comfy!
* 55% Polypropylene (Non-Woven), 27% Spandex, 18% Paper (Absorbent Layer)
* Wear after birth for a more comfortable recovery, keeping healing layers like pads in place.
* Discontinue use if skin irritation or a rash develops.
C-Section Scar Defense - protect your scar from infections during recovery
* 100% Medical Grade Silicone Latex-free
* Wash and reuse up to 10x. Hand wash in warm water with gentle soap then lay flat with adhesive side up to dry. When not in use, store on provided reusable clear plastic. If sheets lose stickiness, wash with mild soap and cool water
* Wash and dry areas to be treated. Remove backing and apply with adhesive directly on skin. Wear at least 12 hours a day for maximum benefit; can be worn overnight.
* Product is not sterile.
* Do not use on oozing or crusting skin surfaces, this may result in infection or other serious complications.
* Do not use if you have a skin sensitivity to silicone. If rash or allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician.
* Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes. For external use only.
* Choking hazard: Keep out of reach of children and pets, as sheets may present a choking hazard.
