1.Tell me a bit about your family! Do you have kids? Are you married?

It’s just me and my partner at home.  I have no children of my own but I raised two of my nephews as if they were mine in their adolescent years, however, my partner has 2 grown children and also has 5 grandbabies one being less than a year old. 😊

2. After a long day, what’s your favorite way to decompress?

Soaking in a hot bath with bath salts and some tv show that only I like playing in the background.

3. What fictional family would you most like to join?

The Pearson’s

4. You can only eat one food for the rest of your life. What is it?

This is a hard one, I love food but I’d go with eggs.  They’re so versatile and also a good protein source.

5. What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?

Don’t borrow trouble from the future.  I do it anyways but its really good advice.

1.Tell me a bit about your family! Do you have kids? Are you married?

We are a busy blended family with very mixed interest. My oldest son is 10 years old and he was worn in an Ergobaby! He taught me everything I thought I already knew from being a nanny wasn’t going to work for my own babies. 😝 Next is my daughter, 6 years old going on 16. She is the fiercest little thing you ever did see! She teaches me to enjoy the little things in life. Finally, to complete my family, is my twin boys. They are almost 10 months! They are teaching me to slow down and savor the moments. Knowing this is my last time with babies is bittersweet.

2. After a long day, what’s your favorite way to decompress?

A nice hot cup of tea, my favorite snacks, and a good book or movie! But in all honesty, I sometimes catch myself just sitting in the silence and darkness for a bit and breathing for what sometimes feels like the first time that day.

3. What fictional family would you most like to join?

The Weasley’s! I just love how full of energy and love their house always seems. Also, could use a little of that magic to help with the house chores.

4. You can only eat one food for the rest of your life. What is it?

Street Tacos! Any kind will do. Yum!

5. What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?

Expectation is the killer of joy! It’s great to have goals, but you need to be ok with things not going the way you wanted or planned. Learning to let-go or pivot keeps you stress free.
