Inside Ergobaby | Sarah Robinson
Have you ever wondered what it's like "Inside Ergobaby"? We have invited our own Ergo team members to take over our Instagram feed the second Thursday of each month.  Our Customer Care Manager is giving us a glimpse into a "day in her life" at Ergobaby. Sarah Robinson started in 2010 in the customer care department. She worked her way from customer care associate to supervisor and is currently the Customer Care Manager. Sarah manages all Orbit Baby and Ergobaby customer service issues which keeps her busy. In her free time, she loves anything and everything Disney and knows all the trivia and also enjoys playing with her dog Lolo.

What do you love most about working for Ergobaby?

I believe baby wearing is such an instrumental part of the raising your child so knowing that I am educating and helping a first time parent on how to properly use a baby carrier is what I love.  Also love being able to train my team on all of the cool things our products can do.

Outside of work, what brings you joy?

Hands down, my dogs LoLo & Lilly.  They are my fur babies.  I am also a DIYer so I enjoy seeing how I can creatively make something vs. buying it off the shelf

Tell us one funny Ergobaby story!

When I first started, I was dialing an outside call and pressing 9 first was something new.  Well I dialed 9 and then my finger stuttered on the number 1 so I ended up dialing 911.  Instead of calming waiting and telling the operator what happened I panicked and quickly hung up the phone.  This of course caused a call back from the 911 operator which just made my embarrassment worse.
