There’s something magical about the summer sun, fresh air, and the great outdoors. As a mom, some of my fondest memories are of summertime adventures with my little ones. Whether it's a walk in the park or a hike through a lush forest, these moments are even more special when you have your baby close to you, sharing the experience. In this blog, I’ll explore the joys and benefits of using baby carriers during summer adventures, and how Ergobaby products can make your outdoor excursions even better.

This month, we had the honor of participating in the Operation Shower/Birdies for the Brave group baby shower for 40 military moms-to-be whose spouses are deployed members of the U.S. Navy, Naval Submarine School and Connecticut Army National Guard. Ergobaby is excited to support several Operation Shower events, providing carriers for deserving moms as part of their signature "Shower in a Box." We are proud to be among other supporting sponsors, such as Travelers, the Travelers Championship, Petunia Pickle Bottom, 4moms and “Extra.”
We love babywearing Dads over here at Ergobaby. We have received some amazing photos of Adventure Dads from you on our Facebook page: Dads picking strawberries, Dads hiking, Dads walking 5Ks, Dads pushing the kids on the swings, Dads at the Zoo, multi-tasking Dads, Dads carrying multiples, Dads walking the dogs, Dads BBQ'ing…all while wearing their babies! Dad never ceases to amaze! Doesn’t Dad need his own baby carrier? Doesn’t Dad deserve it? We think so! We want to support Dad in all his adventures in babywearing.
